  • Review of "North Palmer River camping area" at Mighell

    Pretty camping area without facilities (no water). Access via 4WD only. We did swim in the river next to the campground, but I'm not 100% sure crocs are never around. No warning signs though. The road towards the camping ground is not easy, but after driving over the Old Coach road from Jowalbinna to Maytown, you should be able to do this. Signs directing you towards the camp are present but it is still hard to find. A GPS is adviced. Lot of dust on the campground and not much shade.
